George Gouldsby Chairman of the Board George is the owner and senior manager of Triggs-Carlisle, LLC (Dallas, TX), a real estate holding company that is focused on providing educational resources and assistance to anyone that desires becoming a homeowner. Mr. Gouldsby is also the proprietor of several music production companies located in the Dallas Metroplex area. As a long time local business owner, Gouldsby’s focus has been on developing and providing products and services to the African American Community, with emphasis on business ownership and diversity. In support of his belief that our children are our future Mr. Gouldsby currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grace Fort Gouldsby Scholarship Foundation and Refuge House. As a member of Refuge House George is instrumental in providing the placement of children that have been abused and neglected with Foster care families. Don Flatt CEO and Director Don is an executive with forty years of experience in Banking. The last twenty-one years of his distinguished career were served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Bank in Carrollton, First Western National Bank in Carrollton, First Colony Bank in the Colony, and First National Bank of Sachse. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Akron. He attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, the Graduate School of Commercial Lending at the University of Oklahoma, and the RealEstateLending School at Ohio State University. Randy Evans Randy has been involved in the operation and development of human resources with over three hundred companies for over 14 years. Currently he is the founder and President of Murat Corporation, a Human Resource outsourcing company. Prior to his work in human resources Randy has over 20 years experience in Banking and Real Estate Development with such firms as Mercantile National Bank of Dallas and Dean Witter Reynolds of Dallas. Randy is a past Director of the Cattle Baron’s Ball in Amarillo Texas, raising money for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Amarillo. He currently is a member of Lions Club international. Randy also founded and continues to support the Addison Ironman Charity Golf Tournament, raising money for Special Olympics Texas. Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from Texas Tech University. In addition he attended post graduate training at Notre Dame University, South Bend Indiana. Guillermo Perales Guillermo founded CG Management LLC in 1997. Beginning with a single Golden Corral location in 1997, Guillermo has grown CG Management to include over 140 stores in such franchises as Golden Corral, Popeye’s, Denny’s, Burger King and Manchu Wok. Guillermo is the largest Golden Corral franchisee in the United States. Aware of the unique perspective a Hispanic owned company can bring to a local population, Guillermo has been honored by the city of Dallas for his dedication to the economic development of the Dallas area in addition to numerous awards and citations by organizations such as the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Guillermo co-founded the Latin American/DFW Fund which raises money for Latino-based programs and initiatives. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Dallas and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, and Popeye’s Independent Franchisee Association. Guillermo graduated with honors from the Institution Technologico y de Estudios Superiores deMonterrey. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Lewis Hill Lewis founded Tax Valuation Inc in 1988, and sold it to First American Financial Corporation in 1995. Lewis retained 20% ownership in First American Commercial Real Estate Services, and serves as the President of the company. Under Lewis’ direction the company has grown to be the largest commercial tax services company in the United States. Active in the Hispanic community, Lewis is also Chairman of the Board of the American Heritage Legacy Foundation and was recently selected by the National Executive Leadership Institute for the prestigious Neli Award. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Psychology from Texas Western College. J.D. Sibilsky Prior to founding Millennium Bank, J.D. served as Regional Vice President in the Small Business Administration lending group of Comerica Bank. J.D. also served as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Republic Bank as well as Bank of America. Prior to his work with Republic and Bank of America, J.D. served as a credit analyst, senior credit analyst, loan review analyst and loan review officer for Texas American Bank in Dallas, TX. J.D. is a past Chairman of the membership committee for the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce and he has been a member of the board of directors for the Ft. Worth Certified Development Corporation and the South Dallas Certified Development Corporation. J.D. currently serves on the Board of Directors of Millennium Bank, and is a member of the North Dallas, Asian, Hispanic and Korean Chamber of Commerce’s. J.D. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Dallas. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Rock Pletcher As an attorney Rock’s practice has encompassed a broad spectrum of business transactions, corporate planning, estate planning, wealth building and asset protection for doctors, executives, entrepreneurs and their families for over 35 years. Since 1983 Rock has been a member of the Board of Directors of several banks such as Brazos Bancshares, Inc., Heritage Bank, Pavillion Bank, and Amtex Bancshares, Inc. Rock is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rock is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association and is a Deacon at Park Cities Presbyterian Church. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Southern Methodist University. Fritzi’ Woods Since taking leadership as CEO and President of PrimeSource Foodservice Equipment, Inc. in May 2003, Fritzi’ has been instrumental in establishing strategies that have accelerated the company’s growth and diversified its customer base. With revenues of nearly 100 million dollars, PrimeSource is the 10th largest distributor in the industry. The company actively managed 374 restaurant openings last year and ships an average of 408 orders each day to support over 19,000 established restaurants in 49 countries. Fritzi’ serves on both public, private equity advisory and community boards serving as chairman, chair of audit committee and a member of finance, governance and compensation committees. She currently serves on the boards of BUCA, Inc., Parkland Hospital Foundation, Lone Star New Markets, Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce and numerous other boards.
